Bella Terra Guest Houses are located in the village of Gostilitsa, only 14 kms from Dryanovo Monastery and Bacho Kiro cave, 21 kms from Tryavna and 30 kms from the ancient Bulgarian capital of Veliko Tarnovo. The two houses offer eight double rooms – four in each, with cable T.V., internet connection, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace with panoramic mountain views. There are also two triple rooms available with the same facilities - one in each guest house - and a kitchenette, lounge area and restaurant where breakfast is served.
Workshops and Rehearsals
After initial introductions and orientation on Sunday evening, mornings will begin with acting workshops/directed rehearsal time. There will also be some sessions in the cooler early evening.
The week culminates with a free evening performance (in a public space/park in the nearby town of Veliko Tarnovo) of a short, modern adaptation of a well-known English classic which you will have worked on during the week. Yes, that’s right – rehearse and put on a play in a week.!!! Worry not – it can be done, there’s time set aside for line learning!
